The Bundesliga giants want Blues striker Michy Batshuayi, but the Premier League holders are only willing to let him go if they sign a target man – if Arsene Wenger’s men let them have Giroud it would sort the issue.
Arsenal supporters have been quick to have their say on the rumour via social media and they seem confident of a deal for Luiz, with many saying “welcome to Arsenal”, and another saying “why have I got the feeling David Luiz will be an Arsenal player come 11pm tomorrow night?”
