da brwin: Rangers failed to capitalise on a rare Celtic defeat on Saturday, losing 2-1 at home to Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership.
da gbg bet: After Brendan Rodgers’ side were defeated 1-0 by Kilmarnock in the early kick-off, it was a huge opportunity for the Light Blues to close the 14-point gap on the reigning champions.
However, a John McGinn screamer and a Jamie Maclaren penalty stunned Ibrox, leaving supporters frustrated and angry in equal measure.
Graeme Murty’s side did well to battle back into the game after McGinn’s opener, equalising thanks to a Sean Goss free-kick, but James Tavernier conceded the penalty just a minute later.
Fans had plenty of criticism for the performance, singling out striker Alfredo Morelos in particular after missing a number of chances and failing to impose himself on the game. The Colombian did have the ball in the back of the net at one point but it was ruled offside.
